Can card machine transactions be linked into quickbooks automatically ?

You can possibly link up the card machine provider to our banking section, depending on who the provider is. Click "Add Account" within your banking section, and search for your card machine provider by name.

Failing that, you can look into the Apps section of your books, there are some card providers who have developed their Apps to work with QuickBooks.

Possibly useful for you, but not directly related to card machines - You can have PayPal and Go Card-less Transactions feed in automatically and you can even initialize those payments from the invoices you send to the customer.
