Can i add a delayed credit to a customers invoice that hasn't been paid yet. How do I link the credit to the original invoice ?

Hello frankturner-ltd,

You can only link a credit to an invoice by selecting receive payment, after selecting this option the credit will show at the bottom of the payment page to tick. This will reduce the balance left to pay on the invoice, which you can then leave open until you receive the remaining amount.
