Hello there, @sy-flooring-serv!

You can download a CSV file of invoices from your app and manually import them. I'm here to help you accomplish this.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under TOOLS, select Import Data.
  3. Select Invoices.
  4. Click Browse.
  5. Find and open the CSV file of your invoices.
  6. Map the fields accordingly.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Click Done.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about importing your invoices in batch: Import multiple invoices at once.

But I'd still recommend contacting the Technical Support of your app provider to check if they have the integrated way of importing your invoices.

Lastly, I've also included this helpful article in case you wanted to import other lists to QuickBooks: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.

You can always leave a comment below if you have any other questions. I'll be always around ready to help.
