Can I limit what my employees can see in the QBs app. I only want them to enter their expenses

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

When setting them up as new users, you will be given options on how you would like to limit their access. You can select for them to have limited access where they can only access supplier information - this is the only way to limit their access but still allow them to post expenses.
