Can someone help me please? I've recently had an invoice paid. In the app I've hit record payment and followed the steps. But the invoice is still showing as overdue.

I see how challenging on your end to see the invoice overdue when you record payment into it. Let me help you fix this issue.

At the moment, there's no existing investigation about the invoice still showing overdue even after applying payment to it. In the meantime, to confirm if this issue is happening, I recommend recording payment to an overdue invoice in the QuickBooks Online UK test account to see if it still shows an Overdue status. You can click this link to log in: https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive_uk/.

If it works, I recommend logging in to a private browser to identify if this is a browser-related concern. Here are the shortcut keys for these browsers:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, review your invoice. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to remove accumulated data.  Please note that you have the option to exclude the Password and other sign-in data in the Advanced section when clearing the cache. It might be you're used to logging into your account without typing your passwords.

If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser or device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
