Can you advise why quickbooks has not updated my bank account transactions in the last 24 hours. There are no errors and it has a green note to say "All done"

When online banking won't automatically download, I suggest manually updating it by clicking the Update button between two to three times. This will refresh the system.

Once done, reconnect your online banking in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Go to Banking on the left pane.
2. Click the pencil icon beside the account name.
3. Hit the Edit sign-in info.
4. Enter your bank login credentials.
5. Tick the Update button.
