Can you help me - when I call up an invoice using the 'Print or preview' button at the bottom it is missing the description of goods. Can you help me reinstate it pls

We would be grateful if you can ensure that you have activated the description field. Select the cog/gear icon > custom form styles > edit to the right of the invoice template you are using > content > select the second greyed out area on the right > tick/select the description box > done.
