Can you please stop auto cropping receipts when I snap them, your AI is terrible at doing it!!!!!

I understand you want your receipts to remain uncropped when uploaded to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app. However, there is no option to disable the auto-cropping feature, as the snap tool functions like a scanner app.

As a workaround, you can take a photo of your receipt using your phone's camera and then manually upload it through a web browser or mobile browser. Alternatively, you can upload the receipt from your computer or forward it via email to your QBO account.

How to upload using a computer:

1. Go to All Apps, and under Accounting, select Transactions.
2. Select Receipts.
3. Choose either the Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive option. (You can also forward receipts directly from your email.)

How to upload using a mobile app:

1. Open the Menu and look for Receipts.
2. Click Allow to let QBO upload your receipts from your camera roll.
3. And choose the specific photo you captured.
