It's only possible to separate personal and business transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

In QuickBooks Online, you can exclude any transactions not related to your business from the bank feed. This does mean that you won't be able to use the reconciliation tool to reconcile your bank account, as the balance of your account will be different to the total of the transactions in QuickBooks (the difference being the total of the excluded personal transactions).
