Can you set up invoices templates in different company names with different bank details?

Thanks for your post and welcome the the QuickBooks Online Community. 

Each QuickBooks subscription is intended for one company only and as such it is not possible to have multiple invoice templates with different company details, these details are linked to the main company settings and when changed on the invoice template will update in the main company settings also.
