Hi info-coopersreco, thanks for joining the Community - some mail providers may identify repeat emails from the same domain as spam, to ensure your customers are able to receive these, please have the customer check any junk/spam folder to locate the invoice and mark this as safe/not junk. If the customer is unable to locate or receive the email, please have them add do_not_reply@intuit.com to their email providers safe senders list - our guide linked here covers how to do this. 🙂
