Default "Snap" settings

Thanks for visiting here in the Community forum. I'll share some insight about saving default receipt snap feature settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

I understand that you want to make changes and improvements to QBO to meet your business needs. However, the option to save the default settings of the receipt snap feature in the QBO mobile app is unavailable.

In the meantime, you'll want to go to the QuickBooks App Center website to search for a third-party application that lets you save default snap settings. Change the country flag to United Kingdom to view apps available for your country. You can also use customer reviews to help you decide which app is best suited for your business type and needs.

While this feature is unavailable, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team so they can review it and might consider implementing it in the future. Here's how you can submit feature requests using your QBO mobile app:

For Android devices:

1. Click the Menu button.
2. Select the Gear icon.
3. Scroll down and then choose Feedback under the Help section.
4. Enter your feedback and product suggestions.
5. Tap Send Feedback.
   

For iOS devices:

1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
2. Select App Feedback.
3. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
