Does anyone know how to mark invoices as paid on the new app? Used to have a section on the more but doesn’t anymore. Client doesn’t pay through QuickBooks

I understand how the update to the QBO app may require some adjustments as you get used to the changes, Leon.

To mark an invoice as paid in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, we can record the payment directly on the Invoice associated with their name.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO app.
2. In the Dashboard, tap See All.
3. Select the Invoice and then choose your client's name.
4. Then, tap the Plus icon next to the Payment.
5. Select the amount paid by your client.
6. Tap Save once done.

From there, you can successfully mark your client's Invoice paid.
