Hello, there isn't any option to mark my invoices as paid, has anyone else had this problem?

There’s no direct option to mark the invoices as paid in QuickBooks Online. You’ll want to process payments to clear the transactions.

Here’s how you do it:

1. From your left navigation pane, select the Sales menu.
2. Go to the Invoices tab. 
3. Locate the invoice you want to show as paid.
4. Click Receive payment under Action.
   
5. Make sure the amount is correct, then hit Save and close.

After receiving their payments, you can now enter a deposit to match it to your downloaded transaction.

You can also link a bank deposit to an invoice to keep your records accurate and error-free when it’s time to reconcile your accounts.

You can utilize a 3rd party app to import the receive payment data in bulk.
