Question

Hey,I've activated Multicurrency and invoice in pounds and euros. I'm now trying to add a bill in euros, but there's no option to change the currency. Do you know how?

Hi contact-sandrine

Thanks for joining the Community!

Once you've turned on multicurrency in QuickBooks, you'll need to add the different foreign currencies that you'd like to use. To do this:

1. Go to Settings ⚙.
2. Select Currencies.
3. Select Add currency.
4. Select the new currency from the Add Currency ▼ dropdown menu.
5. Select Add.

You'll then need to create a new customer and assign the new type of currency (if you invoice a customer in two different currencies, create a separate customer in QuickBooks for each. The display name must be different, this is used for internal purposes only and will not be shown on any sales forms sent to the customer.)

1. Go to Customers & leads and select Customers (Take me there).
2. Select New customer, then fill out the required fields, and any others as you see fit.
3. Once you’re done adding their info, choose a currency from the Currency ▼ dropdown.
3. Add a currency to their display name, then select Save.
