Question

Hi, an estimate I created has got the old company name on it. I did change it through settings but it is still showing on an estimate sent to a customer. Please help…

Changing the company name directly from the settings also changes the company in the sales form or template.
 

Since the old one keeps showing, I'd recommend refreshing your browser to see the updated information in the system. Press the Reload icon on your browser or press F5 on your keyboard. If that persists, you can log out and log back in.

 

If you get the same result, you can continue with these steps to fix this in no time.

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks in a private browser:
    For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
    For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
    For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
  2. Clear the cache of your regular browser.
  3. Use other compatible browsers:
    Mozilla
    Google Chrome
    Microsoft Edge
    For Safari, make sure to use the latest one.
