Hi, I am a new user and I am trying to add a company logo - but even though I am selecting it from a file, nothing happens when I click save. Can anyone help please?

Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps so you can successfully upload your company logo.

But before adding a logo, you'll to take note of the following requirements below:

• The logo is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
• The file size is smaller than 10 MB
• Have a bit depth (or colour depth) of 24-bits or less.
• Uses the standard RGB colour space (RGB).
• The shape of the logo is square. Rectangles don't work.

Once verified, let's get started by accessing your account in a private or incognito window to check if this is caused by the system or your browser. Thus said, here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once you're able to open a private browser, try to upload your logo again. If you can successfully upload it, you can go back then open your main browser and clear its cache. It may have stored too much historical data from previously visited websites which slows down internal processes and causes this kind of behavior.
