Hi, I need to add my VAT number to invoices as I have just gone VAT registered. How do I add my VAT number to the footer of the invoice please? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community page, 

If you go to the taxes section in your Quickbooks, edit VAT>edit Settings> scroll down to VAT registration number> if you put your VAT number in there>save 

This will then automatically put your VAT registration number in on the invoice for you, it will be in the top left hand corner under your address, when you print or preview the invoice.
