Cache stored in the app might have caused the unexpected behavior within QuickBooks. You can clear the cache to isolate this issue. Please follow these steps:
iOS:
From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
Select Refresh Data.
Click Refresh.
Android
Tap the Gear icon.
Select Refresh Data.
And then choose Yes to confirm.
Once done, you can check the invoices and customers to see if the data are now there. If you get the same results, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
