Question

Hi.need help a customer from 2021 did not pay the account a year end Journal

inv5360 from 21.07.2021 but a year end JNL were created in 2022 but the customer made the payment 04.10.2023 who do I recon the account it shows overdue.

please advice

Please reach out to your bookkeeper or accountant for support in recording the payment as it is associated with previous years accounts. If you don't already have an accountant, you can find a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor near you on our online directory.
