You'll have to select the Close or X icon to stop or turn-off the tour on how to input expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @usergkmctreasurer. Let me share further details about this.
The QBO system automatically initiates a tour when you've just signed in to your newly created account and you haven't created a transaction yet. Just click the Close or X icon to stop the said tour (Please see the screenshot below for your reference). Then, once you've successfully inputted your first expense transaction, the tour will no longer appear on the next one.
In the meantime, I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing your business's growth using QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about paying expenses and bills, data security, and banking, to name a few. You can click the + More topics button to view other selections.
Let me know how it goes in the comments below. if you have other concerns about taking a tour around the features in QBO, or inquiries about managing your transactions, I'm just around to help. Take care always.
