How do customers pay the invoice ones sent. They are having trouble saying there's nothing to click to pay

The customers will see the Pay button when you connected your Payments account to the QuickBooks Self-Employed US version. Currently, we're unable to set a Pay button in QBSE for UK accounts. Also, connecting a Payment app is unavailable in QBSE UK versions like PayPal or GoCardless.

In the meantime, you can use the memo/note box to enter the bank account details. Then manually enter the payments transaction outside QuickBooks Self-Employed.
