How do I change the standard text on email accompanying a statement? It's currently too informal. I have updated invoice/reminders covering email with no issues.

Hello RKR29061, the default text for emailing a statement is not able to be changed to a different default message. You can manually change the message when the preview comes up before you save and send the statement. You could have the message you want saved in your notes on your device so you can copy and paste and not have to retype. We appreciate that is not ideal.
