With QuickBooks Online, you can go to the +New icon to create or make a new invoice transaction. To find the history of the invoices sent to your customers, you'll want to consider opening the invoices transaction and see the Audit History option. It also includes the date and time when these were delivered to them.
Here's how:
Find and open the invoice.
Click on the More button, and select Audit History.
You'll be prompted to the Audit History page. Then, review the transaction history where all the details are listed.
