How do i photograph purchase invoices like the advert on tv

Right now, the ability to photograph the purchase invoices in QuickBooks Online is unavailable in the UK version. This is currently possible in the United States only.

In the meantime, you can capture a photo of your receipts and import it as an attachment. The following are the file types supported in QuickBooks: 

• PDF
• JPEG
• PNG
• DOC
• XLSX
• CSV
• TIFF
• GIF
• XML

Once done, you also have the option to attach the file to the supplier and customer profiles, as well as to their transactions. For the detailed steps and how to view uploaded attachments, you may refer to the following article: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
