How do I retrieve a deleted transaction

I'm here to help you recreate deleted transactions, kmastridou. 

We're unable to retrieve deleted transactions, However, we keep tracking of your activities and they're stored on the Audit Log report. We can run the report and use the deleted transactions as our reference in recreating it. 

I'll show you how to pull that up:

1. Go to the Gear icon and click Audit Log. 
2. From the Filter drop-down, we can select the date range when it was deleted.
3. Click on Show only these events, check the Transactions box. 
4. Select Apply. 
5. Locate for the transaction by clicking View under the History column. 

We can take a screenshot of the details and use it as our guide in entering it back.
