I'll show you how you can send invoices through your mobile app.
On your mobile device, you'll have fast access to your QuickBooks information and tools. With the QuickBooks mobile app, you can email invoices, accept payments, and much more. Make sure you're using the most recent version so you don't get any issues when sending invoices. I'll show you how to do it.
Here's how for iOS device:
Select Invoices from the menu.
Tap Invoices.
Choose Add customer to select a customer.
Tap Add product or service.
Press the Invoice contact info section if you want to edit your business info. Hit Save to save the changes.
Choose the Invoice details section if you need to change the due date, creation date, or invoice number. Then Save to save any changes.
Once done, Tap Email to send your invoices.
These are the steps for Andriod devices:
Select the menu ☰ icon and then select Invoices.
Tap the Plus sign.
Choose Add customer to select a customer.
Tap Add product or service.
Press the Invoice contact info section if you want to edit your business info, Then Save to save your changes.
Select the Invoice details section if you want to change the due date, creation date, or invoice number. Then Save to save any changes.
