If you're trying to add specific info on your invoice footer, you can follow these steps:
Click the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
Select New style or Edit to personalise your template.
Go to the Content section, then click the Pencil icon in the footer section.
Add your details and click Done.
You can now use this template when creating an invoice. Simply, click Customize in the lower section of the Invoice page, then choose your template.
Please take note that the details added in the footer section will only show once you print the invoice. This won't directly show in the Invoice page.
Moreover, you can import custom form styles for your invoices or estimates in QBO. This way, you can easily highlight and reflect your brand identity into your sales forms with less effort and time.
