I am trying to set up my qb's so that under Expenses - suppliers - transaction list - I can view the information I have entered into the memo box. Is this possible?

You can add in an additional column on the expense transactions page by clicking on the cog above the word action,it will bring up a list of columns,then click on show more and put a tick in memo,then click on the cog again to close it. This will then show the memo in a separate column on that page.
