I am working for a client who is vat exempt. They are using a company to oversee the project who pay us. This company also claims CIS, how do I show this on the invoice?

Let me guide you on how you can claim CIS and show it on your invoice, maxinenor-th.

You'll have to make sure to select the No VAT option on your invoice to show it as VAT Exempt. I've attached a screenshot for your reference. 

However, if you haven't turned on your VAT yet, you can leave it as it is so you won't keep on selecting the No VAT option every time you create an invoice. You can also visit this article for more information: CIS in QuickBooks Online.
