I can not gets bank transactions. never been an issue in past?

You'll want to click the Update button on the Banking page to manually download your transactions. If you get an error, you can click the hyperlinked word within the message to see the solution. You can also tell me, so I can check it for you.

If there's no error, please check your bank's website to see if they have maintenance updates. Then, download your transactions in a web connect file and upload them to QuickBooks.
