I forgot to renew the link to the accounts can I do it retroactively

Could you specify the time period for the transaction you're looking for? There is a built-in retroactive pull in QuickBooks, but it's limited to 90 days from the connection date, and it depends on what the bank makes available through the feed. 
 

If the transactions are 90 days older, you'll need to manually upload them. The files must be in CSV format and under 350 KB.
