I had 2 invoices with the same number and one was sent so the unsent one i decided to delete! Should have been okay but it deleted both of them! Such a headache this QB?

It's odd to know that you have deleted invoices with the same numbers by only deleting one transaction. However, it's also possible when you have accidentally deleted them using Batch actions.

On the other hand, an option to get these invoices back is unavailable. No worries, I can still help you see the invoice transaction data. I suggest using the Audit log to see the deleted entry. From there, take note of the following: amount, number, and other necessary info.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon and then select Audit log.
2. From the Events drop-down, choose Deleted/Voided transactions.
3. Then choose This Month or This Week from the Date Changed drop-down.
   
   
    
4. Click View from the History column.
5. Click the drop-down arrow beside the date and time or click Show All.
   
   
   
   

Once you have all the details, you can recreate these invoices by hand.
