Question

I have deposits on my desktop version of quickbooks accounting but when I use the app to photograph the invoices (I don’t invoice via quickbooks) they don’t appear

Thanks for sharing your concern with us, Harry.

 

QuickBooks no longer supports QuickBooks Online (QBO) Desktop app. Rest assured you can still use the app. However, it will stop receiving updates.

 

There's a great chance your app is outdated and it's the reason why the uploaded receipts/invoice isn't visible on your end. 

 

To isolate this issue, I recommend accessing your account on a regular web browser and viewing your uploaded invoices from there.
