Each QuickBooks Online subscription is intended for one company only, and the company name & billing address and logo that is entered in the account settings will be reflected on the invoice.
You can create an additional account tied to your existing login from our website by selecting the option for 'Already have an account? Sign in' after choosing your plan. This way, you'll see all companies listed when logging in, and can easily switch between them without the need to sign out.
