I'm a non VAT registered baker and I have scanned all my receipts into Quickbooks. I'm now categorising my receipts, do I select inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

Can we ask why would you be adding tax and selecting either Inclusive or exclusive if your not VAT registered for?
