I need to create a Delivery Note without creating an invoice. I tried the estimate form but theres no way to remove price/VAT section. Is there another way to do this?

There is no way to do this - the delivery note cannot be directly edited, and so can only pull information from an invoice or estimate, which an amount/VAT code will need to be entered within that would allow it to save. Please leave feedback under the cog wheel within your account - this will submit your suggestion for this feature directly to the developers.
