I've sent out invoiced to clients to pay, they enter their bank details, click to pay and it keeps just returning them to enter bank details. How can this be fixed?

Hello Hattie-hattieste, welcome to the Community! Are you using the PayPal app integration in QuickBooks as a means to pay? If you send yourself an invoice as a test, does it do the same thing?
