If sending email invoice to customer, some send some do not, have changed from batch send to individual, but still get unsent invoices, can anyone help please?

the invoices sent can be to the same person, if checking invoice list says sent, click on invoice, says not sent???

Do the invoices show as not sent on both the app and web version, or only on the app?
