I appreciate your initial troubleshooting efforts. Since this issue could be related to the bank connection, please tap the Refresh icon on the Transactions page in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app to load your transactions.

Before we proceed further, could you let me know if you’re encountering any specific error messages? Additionally, which financial institution is affected?

It's also worth checking whether the same problem occurs when you log into QBO through a web browser. If no transactions are showing, let's manually update your bank connection to request the latest transactions.

  1. Navigate to All apps, then Accounting, and select Bank transactions.
  2. Click the Update button.

If the issue continues, I recommend checking your bank's website for any maintenance or service interruptions that could be affecting the connection. In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload your bank transactions into QuickBooks to keep your records accurate.

Once the connection is restored, QuickBooks will automatically download your recent transactions. To prevent duplication, exclude any transactions you uploaded manually during this process.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. I'll respond to you promptly.

I have tried all of the above.

this has never been an issue before, only since the recent quick books app update
