Invoice not visable

several of my customers can't view my invoice and i have to send a PDF copy. am I doing something wrong.

Hello Anthunter

 

Could you advise what happens when they click on view invoice?Are they getting a blocked message?Are the email address on an outlook or gmail address?Does the same thing happen if you send a test invoice email to your email?

 

Sorry for all the questions it just helps us determine the crux of the issue
