Invoices sent twice

Hi, Often when I send invoices, either in a batch or individually, the customer receives it twice. Any ideas as to how I prevent this from happening.

We have had no other reports of this happening could you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down reload it and see if that resolves it for you.
