Is anyone else having problems sending receipts from a registered email address?

I understand the convenience of sending receipts to your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I am here to provide some details that can assist you with the delivery errors you have encountered in QuickBooks Online, @louise16.

Can you please provide us additional information about the error message when sending receipts or a screenshot of how it looks from your end? Also, know that you can only register one email address per user for your company and that the user must have standard permission from suppliers to send receipts and bills.

If you still experience this error message after checking the email address per user for the company, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support.  Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company, then select Help (?).
2. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
3. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
4. You choose a way to connect with us.

• Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
• Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
