Is it possible to issue several delivery notes from one estimate and from those delivery notes issue on invoice ??

Creating a delivery note from an estimate is unavailable. You'll want to convert the estimate to an invoice instead and create several delivery notes from there. But please note that sending out a delivery note will always depend on the address of your invoices.
