Iv just looged in to my account and have no records of Customers, Invoices, Estimates, can I ask here if anybody would know how to retrieve all this back ?

There are two accounts for you on our system, one is a QuickBooks Online account and the other is a QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

Please check that you're choosing the correct sign in option on our website for the product you want to use.
