Just gone to invoice and my layout is different have we had an update?

There are currently no updates available for a new invoice layout in QuickBooks Online.

As a primary admin, you can change and personalise template used for your invoice. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Custom form styles.
3. Select the invoice template or click on New style button, then Invoice to create a new template.
4. In the Design tab, hit Change up the template to select a fixed invoice layout.
5. Press Done once finished.

If you have other invoice templates and want to use it as your default, just go to your Custom form styles, click the drop-down in the Action column and select Make Default.
