If you’re using both QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) and a QuickBooks Self-Employed account under the same email address, you may currently be viewing your firm's data instead. This is likely why your last 12 months of invoices aren't showing up.

To resolve this issue, log out of your current session completely. Then, follow these steps to access your Self-Employed account:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks sign-in page.
  2. Click the Sign in button and pick QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  3. Choose the Continue to sign in option.
  4. Enter the specific credentials associated with your Self-Employed account and click Sign in.
  5. Navigate to Invoices and set the Date filter dropdown to show the Last 12 months.

If you are using the correct login site but are still being directed to a different company, consider accessing your account through an incognito window or a different browser to determine if it’s a browser-related issue.
