My bank statement is way out and Ive seen all entries in the banking screen have disappeared between 28/9 and 18/5. Expenses and income all there. Fix?

When you connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, it automatically downloads the new transactions. In case you're not getting the latest transactions, you can manually update your bank to fix the issue. To do this, follow the steps below:

 

This ensures the availability of all entries on the banking page. But if you're still unable to see the transactions, you can download from your bank's website and upload them into QuickBooks Online.
