To fix overdue invoices that aren't showing in QuickBooks Online Mobile, clear the app’s local cache in your phone's settings or reinstall the app to force a clean database sync.

If you're using Android:

  1. Go to Settings and then Apps.
  2. Select the QuickBooks app.
  3. Tap on Storage, then choose Clear Data.

If you're using iOS:

  1. Go to Settings and then iPhone Storage.
  2. Select the QuickBooks app.
  3. Tap on Offload app.

If the problem continues, you can uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks app to ensure it functions properly. Alternatively, you can check your overdue invoices by logging in through a web browser.
