I can share with you some insights on how to get around this issue so you’ll be able to send your invoice seamlessly. To get started, let’s re-upload your invoice logo and send a sample invoice to your email address.
If the issue persists, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private window (incognito). From there, send another invoice to your email. There are times that the browser is full of cache data that causes issues and affects the performance of your account.
Using an incognito window doesn’t store any cache data. Thus, it’s the best tool to use to verify a browser cache issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts in opening an incognito window.
Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)
If the invoice picture looks good, I recommend logging back into your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browsers so we can verify if this a browser-integrated issue.
